HARBOUR TOWN ANNOUNCES NEW NAMES
JOINING DINING PRECINCT

10 October 2018

Australia’s largest Outlet Shopping Centre, Harbour Town is excited to announce the flagship food offerings joining the new and exciting multi-million dollar dining precinct on track to open in December 2018.

The new precinct will include an open-air plaza with a selection of food offerings located in front of Reading Cinemas.

New names moving in to the precinct will include the famous Asian hawker style market,
8 Street and Crafty’s, a sports bar that is set to change the experiential hospitality landscape on the Gold Coast.

With two locations in Queensland already, 8 Street owner, David Wu, says the Asian street market will cover six hundred square metres and have 14 unique Asian street food stalls. He is looking forward to offering the Northern Gold Coast an exceptional food offering of Asian cuisine.

Crafty’s is looking to redefine sports bars into all day, family friendly venues, and will offer DJ’s, food trucks, games of skill,  fresh food, bottomless cold-pressed mimosas from 9am-3pm and 12 taps with rotating craft beers.

Crafty’s Managing Director, Dave Galvin says Crafty’s is all about balance and will be an enjoyable place to catch up with friends over a morning coffee or to watch a sports game over cocktails and craft beer.

“Crafty’s has something for everyone, we will have a kid’s under 12 menu with low sugar sodas and tasty spiders, and an activities space during the holidays so mum and dad can relax over lunch.” David shares.

The 25 million dollar project will be the biggest addition to Harbour Town since the North-West Mall was unveiled in May 2016.

Dining Precinct Redevelopment

Harbour Town is pleased to announce the commencement of its $25million Dining Precinct Redevelopment.

The newly refurbished outdoor dining space will include a broader range of casual dining and restaurant options, as well as enhanced ambience and interactive social spaces.  The new design concept capitalises on the outdoor, open-air environment for which Harbour Town is renowned. Natural materials and lush landscaping will combine to create a tropical food destination, with a coastal, casual elegance that suits the northern Gold Coast shopper.

To complete the upgrade, Reading Cinemas will receive a facelift, including a green wall above and feature brick façade to tie-in to the overall new look and feel of the Dining Precinct.  This expansion will cement Harbour Town’s position within the Gold Coast’s growing dining scene and give locals a place to bring the family for a meal, entertainment and shopping.

The new Harbour Town Dining Precinct will be open in Summer 2018.
