The Centre has over 2,000 car spaces FREE to all shoppers including disabled parking bays and parent with pram bays.

To ensure quick-stop shoppers can easily access Woolworths and other convenience based shopping, the Centre has introduced 2-hour parking in the South Carpark located outside the Woolworths entrance. The rest of the Centre car parks will remain free, un-restricted parking for genuine shoppers all day.

Harbour Town Premium Outlets is privately owned land. Any vehicle not complying with the Car Park Terms & Conditions will be issued with a non-compliance breach notice or removed. If you have any questions regarding two hour parking, please contact Secure Parking on 02 8000 8790.

Our comfortable, modern Tourism Lounge is open to all visitors to the Gold Coast including domestic and international tourists, Free and Independent Travellers (FIT), group tours, school excursions and conference delegates. And we cater to locals too with additional guest services such as special needs equipment, lost property, personal styling sessions, and Gift Card sales.

It’s also the place to pick-up your FREE Tourist Discount Card and local VIP Shopper Card giving you access to massive savings, deals, benefits and exclusive discounts off already reduced prices across a wide range of stores.

Harbour Town’s Information Kiosk and Tourism Lounge are the only accredited Visitor Information Centres at the northern end of the Gold Coast. Access information on an array of exciting Gold Coast tours, shows and attractions, as well as surrounding areas of interest in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

We are family friendly! Travelling and shopping with little ones can be challenging but Harbour Town has you covered! We have 3 well-appointed Parent Rooms featuring change tables, parent and child toilets, feeding cubicles, microwave, comfortable lounges, and children’s DVDs to entertain young viewers.

We also offer complimentary use of strollers, stroller storage and lost child recovery assistance at the Information Kiosk for any little Harbour Town “Houdinis”.

Harbour Town is a truly multicultural facility welcoming and celebrating guests from around the world. Located in the corridor between Sunglass Hut & Tommy Hilfiger. Guests can access the Prayer Room facilities by buzzing the security office.

Harbour Town is home to a variety of dining options with great alfresco restaurants and cafés including Halal.

Harbour Town has 61 dedicated disability parking bays and 10 disabled restrooms located within the Centre. Our designated disability drop-off zone is located outside the Tourism Lounge with single-level access and we offer complimentary use of motorized scooters and wheelchairs. Harbour Town has a Day/Night Surgery, Giant Chemist, Dentist, Optometrist and a Skin Cancer Clinic all located at the southern end of the Centre.

Justice of the Peace

Located adjacent to the Centre Management Office on Level 2. Closed on Public Holidays and Sunday's. For regular trading hours, click here.

Dogs that are friendly and social may be walked in the Centre malls on-leash only. You may not enter a store or restaurant with your dog unless the store manager has granted permission. If stores deny you access with your dog, this must be respected.

You must clean up after your dog.

Dogs showing anti-social behaviour such as aggression, excessive barking, and frequent urination (marking) may be asked to leave with their owners. If you do not clean up after your dog you will be asked to leave the property. As Harbour Town is private property, we reserve the right to ask patrons to leave and this needs to be respected.

If your dog is off-leash, unattended for too long, or left in cars, you risk Police intervention.
